Questions
What is a work allowance?
It is how much work is included in the plan each period — connected voice minutes plus written and background work. If an employee exceeds it, additional work usage is billed at your plan rate rather than the employee simply stopping.
Do I need to change my CRM or phone system?
No. The employee works inside the tools you already use. NativeStaff provides the employee; you provide the workplace.
Can I hire more than one?
Yes. Most teams start with one sales employee and add a qualifier or a coordinator once the first is producing.
Can I stop?
Yes. Monthly employment can be paused or ended, and one-day and one-week hires simply expire.
