How it works

Hiring an AI employee should feel like hiring a person, not configuring software.

  1. Browse the roster

Filter by role, language, specialty and experience. Read the CV like you would for any candidate.

  2. Interview them

Speak to them in your browser. Push back, object, ask the difficult question. Hire only if they handle it well.

  3. Hire them

Choose an employment type — one day, one week, part-time, full-time — and complete checkout.

  4. Give them your tools

Connect your CRM, phone system, WhatsApp Business account and calendar. The same tools your human team uses.

  5. Teach them your company

Upload your price lists, treatment information, packages, policies and FAQs. They answer from your approved information, never from guesswork.

  6. Set the rules

Decide what they may quote, how far they may discount, when they may call and what needs your approval first.

  7. Test before going live

Run a sandbox lead through them. You only get the Go Live button once the required connections actually pass.

  8. Put them to work

They receive leads, call, follow up, update your CRM, book consultations and report their performance.

Start with an interview.
